The service

These terms apply to the Duvet Pro trial provided by DUVET LIMITED, company 15010518, registered in England and Wales. By using the trial, you agree to these terms. Any separate written agreement for your organisation takes precedence where it conflicts with them.

Accounts and access

Use your assigned account, keep credentials and invitation links private, and only access workspaces you are authorised to use. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for the roles they grant. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not interfere with the service or try to bypass its access controls.

Your data

Use demonstration housing data during this trial. Do not upload real resident information or confidential customer records. You retain your rights in uploaded material and must have permission to use it. You allow us to store and process it to provide the trial and support you. Our software and supplied materials remain ours or our licensors’.

You control which colleagues can access your workspace and are responsible for reviewing imported mappings and changes. Our privacy policy explains account information, shared storage and removal requests. Keep your own copies of important data.

Review results before using them

Calculations, suggested mappings, costs, energy performance and funding checks depend on the supplied information and may be incomplete or wrong. Review the source evidence and assumptions. Results do not replace surveys, accredited EPC assessments, professional advice or decisions by funding providers. Assignment or completion records describe what users have recorded; they do not independently certify that work has been carried out.

Availability and ending access

Trial features may change and access ends at your assigned expiry date. We may suspend access for security, misuse or maintenance. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Export anything you need before access expires, or contact us for help. Signing out does not delete saved data; request account or workspace removal by email.

Responsibility and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights are unaffected. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with disputes handled by its courts, subject to any mandatory rights you have under local law.
